Conditions of Entry
- The entrant enters the competition by entering their email address and contact details via the competition sign up form.
- The prize is $150 worth of Tinc product at RRP. It is not redeemable for cash.
- The prize is drawn at the end of every month and the winner is determined at random.
- The winner will be notified by email and via our social media platforms.
- This competition is run by Tinc Retail Australia Pty Ltd.
- The competition is only open to Australian residents.
Winning Determination
- This is a game of chance.
- The winning entry will be drawn at random out of all entries during the promotional period, at the promoter’s office, on the 16th of January 2023.
- The winner will be notified at this time via email.
- The promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn.
Other Conditions
- If Tinc Australia deems that this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Tinc Australia, Tinc Australia may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate.
- Tinc Australia reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entrant if it believes the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or if it believes that an entrant may undermine the legitimate operation of this competition.
