We offer delivery of our products across Australia using Australia Post and couriers. The cost of shipping is based on the size, weight, and location of the product. You can see the exact shipping costs in your shopping cart before checking out. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, although during the busy period between October and December it may take up to 3-4 days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery times are estimated at 3-10 business days, depending on your location in Australia. This may take longer during peak periods or if our transport partners experience delays. Some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
Australia Post requires a signature for delivery and delivers to addresses and PO Boxes across Australia. If we are unable to deliver to the nominated address, the package will be returned to an Australia Post office or other depot for collection. We cannot guarantee home delivery. If an item in your order is located at a store that would significantly delay shipment, we may cancel the item and refund its value.
If there is a significant error in shipping or total calculations, we will contact you to inform you of the correct charges or cancel the order and issue a refund if necessary.
We also offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times can take up to one month, so please keep this in mind when using this service. Some products may not be shipped internationally due to customs regulations, such as those with batteries.
We now offer Express Post as a shipping option. Please note that this is not an overnight service and is subject to our usual dispatch time of 2-3 business days, or longer during peak periods. However, we do prioritize Express Post orders and will try to dispatch them as soon as possible.
